Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a process where a client works one-on-one with a trained counselor to process their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors.  This form of counseling can also be focused on, but not limited to, working to process and move past challenging problematic memories or experiences, dealing with parts of ones’ self that they would like to change, challenge the effects of their past, to better understand them selves and others, and set personal goals and identify ways to achieve them.
