Erin Donnelly, BA

Erin is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student through Duquesne University.  It's Erin's mission to provide services for individuals from diverse populations and backgrounds.  She has a specific passion and interest in working with women struggling with anxiety or depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and more!  She also desires to support the LGBTQ+ community.

In her work, Erin draws from the principles of Person-Centered Therapy, believing that every individual has an innate capacity for growth and self-discovery.  By creating a warm and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship, Erin aims to empower her clients to tap into their inner resources and develop a deeper understanding of themselves (and the change that they are wanting in their lives).  She is committed to being empathic and understanding, to actively explore her clients needs, and to work actively and collaboratively with her clients towards their goals.

Erin's journey in the field of counseling has been driven by a genuine desire to provide a supportive and empathetic space for a wide range of clients with a passion for working with women and members of the LGBTQ+ community. She is understanding that there are unique challenges that each of these groups may face and her goal is to foster a therapeutic environment where her clients can explore their feelings, thoughts, and concerns openly and without judgment. Together, she seeks to help her clients navigate challenges, embrace change, celebrate successes, and fostering lasting positive transformation.
